So-so (I've gotten better at it with age, but I still have my days! Ugh!)

I honestly don't know how to answer that since I'm working so hard at making several changes in my lifestyle such as diet and exercise. I do good for a while and then fall off the wagon and have to drag myself back on. I'm a work in progress.
