Good.

G/B at maintaining a healthy lifestyle? (in other words: eating at least 5 servings of vegetables a day, 8/8 oz glasses of water a day, not eating junk, sugary or fried foods, watching your salt intake, not overeating, not smoking or drinking or doing drugs etc., exercising your heart at least 3 x 20 min. a week, keeping active, getting enough sleep, keeping your stress level down. ...long list isn't it? :D )

I don't watch what I eat though I eat veggies, fruit, and eat oats. I workout about five to six times a week. Hate water and not in the water crowd.

T/F at reading your Christian devotions.

It depends on what it is. When there is a family emergency, a serious illness etc...I'm very good at being calm and in control...or having grace under pressure. I'm usually the calmest person in the room. Which I'm very grateful for. But, when it comes to being publicly ridiculed, corrected or criticised by anyone, I'm usually too sensitive to not let what they think matter to me. I know this comes from my own insecurity and feelings of worthlessness. ...I often joke with my husband about it, that Like Data, I wish I could deactivate my emotions chip sometimes. ;)

Good or bad at taking responsibility for your part in how other people treat you?
