I'm not sure where to put this, as it doesn't belong in GT and certainly not in Testimonies. Anyway:
In life, we can go through times when we ask "But why does God allow this?" Sometimes, we may even rebel against His authority, and thanks to His awesome mercy and forgiveness, we can move on and do His will. But I know of one instance when someone went too far, way too far.
It was in South Africa, in the Orange Free State. There was this farmer who was quite irate at the fact that it just wouldn't rain. So, one day, he looks up in the sky, and curses God. Next moment, a bolt of lightning strikes him dead in his tracks. And there, in that spot, nothing would ever grow again. To this day, it gives me the chills to think on how his conversation with the Almighty must have gone...
