How do you measure truth when you let others be your eyes for discernment?
How many people said Jesus was a false messiah? 10 ...... 100........1000?
At one stage only the 12 apostle stayed with Him when all others went away, because the truth of Christ does not confirm mans aspirations..

Absolute truth is truth that is free from the limitations or conditions that would defile it; it is truth that is complete in itself and does not need to be added onto;it is truth that is free from the mixture of human reason.
Absolute truth exists independent of any other cause but God Himself..

A false religous system is afraid of absolute truth because believers fear apostles worship and cults. Cult leaders will always be with us as in the days of Jesus, claiming their own truth as absolute, proclaiming themselves as the messiah. But we cannot fear absolute truth because we fear deception. Relative truth will not protect us: only the anointing of God's absolute truth gives discernment between truth and error.

An autonomous church is a church without unity; a splintered church. Being governed independently, it can only express itself and not Christ. As it was in the days of the Judges." Every man is doing that which is good in his own sight".Judges17:6

Blessed are are those who are in covenant with the living God for they shall daily have thier souls cleansed from the false knowledge of the world and replaced with the virtues of Christ.

How anyone can try and figure out a time line when Jesus will return or where it fits into our own screwed up dating system is not even worth the time. Hence, Jesus was born (some think) about 5 or 6 B.C. and was crucified on or about 30 A.D. and tying to figure out 2000 years from either date is about 36+ years difference. As it is said, no one will know the date or hour Jesus will come to Judge the world. It may be 2016 or it may be 2036 or it may be 2046 and we can keep guessing or mark it on a blackboard and see who is right when Jesus comes. haha. However, I hope it happens soon.
