You need to reade it again and see that God had told them or God would not even be at all fair and just.

It stand to reason that God is going to tell them what type of sacrifice they should bring.

If you claim God did not tell them what type of sacrifice to bring you are bringing to question the very integrity of God.

I did not get that stuff I posted from my personal diary, I got from from the bible where God tells the Isralites what to bring, He said to bring a female goat,

How do you explain all the Sacrifices Noah made when he left the ark???? Where did God ever ordain sacrificing ducks chickens and Giraffes as acceptable sacrifices and yet Noah Sacrificed one of EVERY clean animal???

God would have told Adam and Eve who would have told Cain and Abel what to bring and how to go about the sacrifices.

Don't think God is going to leave it up to us to decide what to bring as a sacrifice. That is why today we cannot decide what day we will keep and what day we will worship on. God only ever made one day holy.

It's pretty easy to see where Cain got himself into trouble if you just read the Bible and take it at face value.
