  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

The past month has been a test of faith. I left a full time missionary postion, working in the hills of Kentucky. Several well trust friends thought I was making a mistake, but God has once again shown faithfull. God has provide my needs. God's ways are not our ways. I am now looking to go to New Orleans to cook for those cleaning and repairing after the storms. I am to be there October 4 thru December 13. God as taken care of all the money needed to go down. :clap: Many praises to our Lord and King.

Are you familiar with Iris Ministries in Mozambique (Rolland & Heidi Baker)?? They were called there by God to learn about the Kingdom from the poor.. they feed thousands every day.. and there is always enough..

We are called to be servants to those in need.. and He provides..

I'm reading her book now Compelled by Love.. Awesome!
