Hey, I'm Julia a 14 almost 15 year old girl who loves Jesus Christ . Everyday I try and live more and more for him. So i was making my status a bible verse cause i had just read a really cool one, and wanted to post it. Then I thought, what if I did nothing but bible verses as my statuses for a year? I asked my friend Olivia if she thought it was a good idea and she said YESSS!!! so we decide to make it a group and see how many people would dot the challenge too! Lot's of people's New Years resolution is to get closer to God and this can help you get closer! i plan on doing it until next New years! AND that way it'll keep everyone from being SO distracted by facebook and making everything their status about everything! like if youre gonna post an inside joke our something (like i do ALL the time in my statuses) you can post it on their wall! God doesnt have a wall sooo he gets the statuses! Let's spread the word of God to people and get closer to God! if you choose to do it, thats great!


Here's the way to get started, post this verse as your first bible verse status:
"Be exalted above the heavens, O God; Let Your glory be above all the earth."
-Psalms 57:5 God's 365 Challenge!


then from there your statuses can be any bible verse you want! I really hope you guys like the idea! you don't have to do it every day like project 365 (but you can), just as long as you post verses to give all honor and glory to GOD!

Julia and I go to the same church and she amazed me with this idea. There is over 900 people already in the group but we definitely need more! We really need to start shaking the youth!!

Same! I prayed really hard last night and the night before for this! I actually found some verses.
"for God's gifts and his call are irrevocable."
-romans 11:29

People love the idea! why would you think that?

Because people don't like people who update their status every 5 minutes. And chances are you'll have other statuses besides the verses so yeah.

Ok well first of all, you don't have to update it every 5 minutes or even every day! secondly, yes it is hard to make them all that for a year, but if our God is for us, then who could ever stop us? Even if we fail one day because we forget he sees us trying!
