Ok it's been 8 days since i've masturbated and to tell you the truth i feel great!
but i'm sure i've figured out the way to leave this sin forever,
whenever you feel tempted to sin i want you to open your bible and just read it and FOCUS on it with all your heart and soul and if there isn't one around you then repeat these words in your mind "never will i forsake you never will i leave you" and this has helped alot aswell go inside your bathroom and fill the sink up with hot or cold water whichever one you prefer and put your hands into it and just relax and pray to god to remove these feelings from you.
I promise that it works but we need to be determined when satan appears in our minds in order to reject his word oh and if it gets really bad ie your home alone then hears the solution PRAY! for god to remove those feelings.
i hope everyone can break the cycle and give up masturbation.
