Have you ever had the Lord tell you that you were going to have your boy or girl and it came true? Any stories?

God told me when I was six weeks pregnant that I was going to have a boy, He told me through dreams on 3 seperate occasions. He also told me I would have a very big baby, through dreams, and my son was 3 weeks early weighing 8 lbs 8 oz and measuring 22.5" long. He's also told me my next child will be a boy, maybe even my next three.

God has told my hubby 4 times what our baby is. Our first one we lost he was told was a boy, our next two he was told were girls and the name of one of them was given to him as well. This one he has been told is a boy. We will see. Our oldest daughteris excited about having a brother, so I pray that this bean is a boy.

well i had a dream that i was having twins... (which i dono cause i havent had my scan yet its next week)

but my son who is almost 2 said to me the other day "mummy had 2 babys in her tummy" he know mummy has a baby in his tummy but he just came out with theres 2 babys.... scary... no one had said anyhing like that to him... so how it poped in to his head.... well find out if God has been speaking to him. lol

so i dono if im having twins. will know next week. but ive been having those signals.

My husband knew at the moment of conception with baby 1 that I was pregnant. I took the test a week later which was 2 weeks before I should have been able to tell and it was possative. Took 2 more all pos. My husband said he knew because IT felt more powerful that time. Also he knew it was aboy right away he beleives the Lord told Him. We also got the name through the Lord. Since the Lord told us about the preg. we knew he was to be called Samuel which means (he who hears from God.) We were also laughing during So we got the middle name Isaac which means ( he laughs). We got these names by both praying and getting the same name. We actully got the names before I was even 2 months preg.!

My husband has always wanted the name Zacharaiah (The Lord has remembered) for his first son. I want the middle name to be Nathan (Gift of God) after my brother who passed away.

Recently we were told by a friend who has the gift of knowledge, that my husband and I had already picked out a name (we had), and that our first born is going to be a boy. We're not pregnant yet, so we'll see... :-D

Yupp...God revealed the sex to me and gave me her name as well. =)

Our first was a boy.... I didn't know what it was but we both desired a boy and believe God gave us the desire of our hearts.... then we desired for the second to be a boy as well, but when we found out it was a girl we were ok. Then one evening after the birth of my little girl I felt God started strongly speaking to my heart about having another baby, particularly a boy.... and I said "ok God, but you need to talk to hub about it" (because he wasn't ready for another child yet) and sure enough the next morning he woke up desiring to have another son. So naturally we expected our third to be a boy and when we found out it was a girl we were REALLY dissapointed. After baby number 3 we decided not to have anymore.... but then I started to desire that boy that I believed God talked to me about before, wondering about the boy that God gave me a desire to have... not really convinced or counting on having another one, but left it in God's hands the outcome, and sure enough we accidently got pregnant this last Feb (or was it march?) as soon as I stopped breastfeeding my little one, she was 8 months... well, I don't believe in accidents, I believe in God incidents.... so naturally we were expecting another boy, and again found out this one is to be a girl.

I was actually frustrated with the whole situation... questioning our faith, feeling embarrased... we both knew we heard God. This is baby number 4... we aren't planning to have anymore... but recently I had began considering the idea again to try for another one. Is it only because of that one time I had a desire to have another boy? What if it's another girl? When is enough enough? Plus each of them are c-sections and having all those babies can start to expensive..... is God the reason or is it just us? I believe it's God... but really, when is enough enough... we didn't go into this intending to have 5 kids. Maybe we just misheard God (though I know we didn't). So, i guess i"ll just have to do the same and put it into God's hands again.

If anyone is willing please say a prayer for God's will and guidance in our lives regarding this. Thanks.

Before even getting pregnant God told me we're not meant to stay child-free, I told my DH and he said he's not ready to be a dad and didn't feel that God wanted us to have a child..well one month later I ended up pregnant!

I always wanted my first born to be a boy but I just had a feeling pretty much from the start it was a girl. I kept having dreams about a baby girl, she pretty much looked the same in every dream I had. When I was 12 weeks I had a scare, I noticed I was bleeding a bit and prayed to God that the baby was alright, I asked him to show me in my dreams if the baby was o.k. That night when fell asleep I had a dream about having an ultrasound and seeing a baby and there was some thing beating, I didn't see Jesus but I saw his hand and his finger pointing saying "You see thats the heart beat."
My dream ended there and I felt so much better.

Although my morning sickness and not feeling so good throughout most of this pregnancy God has been so amazing to me watching over my baby and making sure I know she's safe and healthy.
