I have haerd there are other older Jewish religious text either written separately or before Genesis, I dont know. They shoudl be covering all the different angel business and many different angels and their names. I think these texts should be naming all the angels and demons like Teriel, Uriel, Bhaal, and other good and bad angels. Where is it?

There is a book called 1 Enoch that lists angels as you are saying. It exists in a book entitled The Old Testament Psuedopigrapha.
This book purports to be written by the Enoch that was taken up to heaven in Genesis, but in actuality seems to have been written in the time between the Old and New Testaments.
