The eyes of the LORD are in every place, beholding the evil and the good. <-----> Proverbs 15:3
Primarily conveys a context of God's ability to " behold " or look upon all .
...The word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. <-----> Hebrews 4:12+13
The above passage refers to His ability to " see " as in perceive " all things " .
Consider also the following -
If thou shalt afflict my daughters, or if thou shalt take other wives beside my daughters, no man is with us; see, God is witness betwixt me and thee. <-----> Genesis 31:50
The LORD God of gods, the LORD God of gods, he knows, and Israel he shall know; if it be in rebellion, or if in transgression against the LORD, (save us not this day,) <-----> Joshua 22:22
For God is my witness, whom I serve with my spirit in the gospel of his Son, that without ceasing I make mention of you always in my prayers; <-----> Romans 1:9
For neither at any time used we flattering words, as ye know, nor a cloak of covetousness; God is witness: <-----> 1st Thessalonians 3:5
People have been invoking God's Ability to " know all " for a long time , as a surety to show utmost confidence , that in spite of other possible limitations , God knows for sure !
From this we even have the colloquial sayings " God knows " / " God only knows ", which is uttered to express His Ability to know - even when no one else does !
I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knows ) such an one caught up to the third heaven. <-----> 2nd Corinthians 12:2
People have also been asking with respect to / and acknowledging God's ability to see / know everything throughout Scripture .
And they said unto him, Ask counsel, we pray thee, of God, that we may know whether our way which we go shall be prosperous. <-----> Judges 18:5
Does not he see my ways, and count all my steps? <-----> Job 31:4
He that chastises the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teaches man knowledge, shall not he know? <-----> Psalm 94:10
Has thou not known? has thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, faints not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. <-----> Isaiah 40:28
If thou says, Behold, we knew it not; does not he that ponders the heart consider it? and he that keeps thy soul, does not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works? <-----> Proverbs 24:12
The Lord's servants and His Word has testified of the omniscience of God .
omniscience-[ simply defined ] omni = all + science = knowledge . having all knowledge or knowing all .
Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world. <-----> Acts 15:8
Thou knows my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understands my thought afar off.
Thou compasses my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways.
For there is not a word in my tongue, but, lo, O LORD, thou knows it altogether. <-----> Psalm 139:2-4
O God, thou knows my foolishness; and my sins are not hid from thee. <-----> Psalm 69:5
Thou has known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonor: mine adversaries are all before thee. <-----> Psalm 69:19
He saith unto him the third time, Simon, son of Jonas, lovest thou me? Peter was grieved because he said unto him the third time, Lovest thou me? And he said unto him, Lord, thou knows all things; thou knows that I love thee. Jesus saith unto him, Feed my sheep. <-----> John 21:17

Yet , there are those mentioned in Scripture who like to think God doesn't see / know all ?
And you say, How does God know? can he judge through the dark cloud?
Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he sees not; and he walks in the circuit of heaven. <-----> Job 22:13+14
And they say, How doth God know? and is there knowledge in the most High?
Behold, these are the ungodly, who prosper in the world; they increase in riches. <-----> Psalm 73:11+12
Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, The LORD sees us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth. <-----> Ezekiel 8:12
Then said he unto me, The iniquity of the house of Israel and Judah is exceeding great, and the land is full of blood, and the city full of perverseness: for they say, The LORD hath forsaken the earth, and the LORD sees not. <-----> Ezekiel 9:9
But once again Scripture rebuffs such a notion -
If he cut off, and shut up, or gather together, then who can hinder him?
For he knows vain men: he sees wickedness also; will he not then consider it? <-----> Job 11:10+11

I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. <-----> Job 42:1+2
And the Spirit of the LORD fell upon me, and said unto me, Speak; Thus saith the LORD; Thus have ye said, O house of Israel: for I know the things that come into your mind, every one of them. <-----> Ezekiel 11:5
For his eyes are upon the ways of man, and he sees all his goings.
There is no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves. <-----> Job 34:21+22
The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: <-----> 2nd Peter 2:9
Yes , God knows all !
I know all the fowls of the mountains: and the wild beasts of the field are mine. <-----> Psalm 50:11
Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.
But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. <-----> Matthew 10:29+30
I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I shewed them; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass. <-----> Isaiah 48:3

God understands the way thereof, and he knows the place thereof.
