Most people don't realize that the Jews wanted to kill Jesus as they did the prophets, to get rid of Him once and for all.

Peter and John and the Apostles were shocked when they found the tomb empty.

God Kept this mystery hidden, they were blind to the anticipated resurrection; why.

God had completed His task with the Jews at the Crucifixion and now directed His plan to phase 2.

Jesus said it is finished; then begins the next phase of God's plan which is to concentrate on the gentiles.

Acts 9: (KJV)
10 And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.

11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,

15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:

16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.

--these great things were the mysteries revealed to Paul and for the first time to man kind.

....I challenge you for search the scriptures for these mysteries revealed to Paul that were not reveal to the Jews.

Two words: Dispensationalist nonsense.

Addendum: Also, pretty sure antisemitic.

Dispensational yes:

Ephesians 1:10
That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

antisemitic no; how can you say that:
Genesis 12:3 King James Version (KJV)
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

the mystery being all the hidden treasures of wisdom and knowledge concerning self/truth are within us, and have been from before the beginning, God hid His face from us for a moment and Jesus being the resurrection brought an end to this moment as a the perception of Adam/man who sees God as being separate from himself, whereas Jesus believed he was one with God, and why it is to find the pearl of great price we must sell all we have to buy it or in order to buy the field we must first find this pearl of great price which then causes us to sell all we have so that we can buy it ....

The Hebrews are God's chosen people. The greatest mystery is that Caiphas being high priest that year had a vision that Jesus would die for Israel and the gentiles. Also that Jesus is hidden from most of the Hebrews until the fullness of the gentiles come to know Him as Lord and Saviour. I know we can at least agree that the devil crucified Jesus hoping to end Him.

And because of this, the Jews were persecuting Jesus, because He was doing these things on the Sabbath. But Jesus answered them, "My Father is working until now, and I am working."Because of this, the Jews tried all the harder to kill Him. Not only was He breaking the Sabbath, but He was even calling God His own Father, making Himself equal with God.

the Jews murdered Jesus because Jesus spoke of God as his father, and in Jewish custom a father and son are seen as being equal .... the Jews not understanding that it was God who made Jesus equal with Himself ....

They sure do. But in this moment of history, in the nation in which I live on this planet, it turns out that black lives are treated as insignifcant. So, I'm going to go ahead and keep saying that black lives also matter.

Dispensational yes:

Ephesians 1:10
That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:

That's not how that works, but it was a nice try.

antisemitic no; how can you say that:
Genesis 12:3 King James Version (KJV)
3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

Well, for one, God never abandoned the Jews. The Gospel is for everyone, Jew and Gentile alike, because Christ came for everyone. And for another, it wasn't "the Jews" who killed Jesus, it was quite obviously the Romans who killed Jesus, Jesus was crucified on a Roman cross, by the order of a Roman governor, acting in the authority of the Roman emperor and senate. A small handful of conspirators who thought it better to get rid of Jesus because they were afraid of what Rome would do to the idea of someone going around saying they're a king, and thus they had Him taken to Pilate so that Rome could deal with Him does not reckon an entire ethno-religious group guilty of and morally culpable of deicide.

So, if you say that God has turned His face away from the Jews and toward the Gentiles, and that "the Jews" killed Jesus, I'm going to point out that this is not just theologically wrong on just about every level imaginable, it is also quite antisemitic--because it is, because I know where those ideas led.

it was the the chief priests, with the elders and scribes and the whole Council who were Jews which bound and handed Jesus over to pilot, and it was these same Jews who stirred up the crowd who were also Jews to choose Barabbas, as it was these same Jews who cried out for Jesus to be crucified, as it was these same Jews who struck him and spat in his face .....

Then the high priest said to Him, “I charge You under oath by the living God: Tell us if You are the Christ, the Son of God.” Jesus says to him, "You have said. But I say to you, from now on you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of Power and coming upon the clouds of heaven." Then the high priest tears his garments, saying, "He has blasphemed; why do we have any more need of witnesses? Behold now, you have heard the blasphemy. What do you think?" And answering they said, "He is deserving of death."

I agree, Jesus was a minister of the circumcision.

Romans 15:8 King James Version (KJV)
8 Now I say that Jesus Christ was a minister of the circumcision for the truth of God, to confirm the promises made unto the fathers:

This time period was a dispensation involving only the Jews.
Just like Adam and Eve in the Garden with God was another dispensation.
God dispensed His commandments appropriately.

This passage declares another dispensation to include gentiles and the rest of the world

Acts 9:
11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth,

12 And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight.

13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem:

14 And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name.

15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:

16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.

These great things are hidden mysteries, hidden before the beginning of time.

I am not black, I am not caucasian, my life and my wife and grandchildren matter to God.
