As a Christian things can get rough.
Times aren't always good and ridicule is common.
It may not always seem like God's truly there
But one way or another you must shut out that assumption.
Although life may be unfair and you just can't take anymore
Don't wish for the Lord to come take you home.
He's got other plans for your life besides what you've done
And will make clear His intentions all in good time.
It may seem like Satan has won the whole thing
But there's something you must remember all of the time.
God is the Creator of the entire universe
And Satan is simply another of His creatures.
The Lord is omniscient, omnipotent and omnipresent
While Satan is a single being unknowing of God's true power.
So when you feel all alone and just want to give up
Remember that God's at your side all the way through.
This, too, is an older poem, but I believe it can still be powerful. The wording seems slightly mediocre to me now, but no less effective. Hope everyone enjoys!
