I am new to this board, and I just ask for your help praying for my boyfriend and I.
We have been together for almost 14 months. We are in a long distance relationship, which means that we see each other almost every second weekend. I am 28 years old, and he is 22.
We are both Christians and are very devoted to our churches. He and I met each other in March, 2012, and we immediately hit it off. Two months later, we were in a relationship. It all went really fast, but it felt very natural. But since we did not know each that well went we got together, the past year has been about getting to know each other.
We are very different; have different personalities and ways to communicate, which makes it difficult to argue and talk to each other. Perhaps the age different matters?
In other words, we often have many conflicts when we meet and spend time with each other due to our different ways of communicating.
We had a talk about perhaps ending the relationship, but because we both love each other some much, we really want to give this relationship a chance! We really want God to change our relationship, our attitude towards each other, our love and feelings for each other. We just need change and we need God to restore our relationship!
So will you please help praying that God will guide us, lead us and change our attitude and feelings for each other? We really need this!
