  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

God has been changing me

We are the clay, and God is the potter to develop us into whatever He wishes.

God has been changing me: For the better, I think; He has been developing my character in a positive way to I guess immitate His attributes. To where my attributes become His attributes, my character becomes His character. He is really changing me as a person.

It's just that I feel like I have been gaining more courage, boldness, wisdom and fearlessness than I am used to and that I did not get those on my own.

I did a study on God's character traits before, I know that wisdom is one of them. I am glad I have more courage than I used to, it will chase away the darkness of fear.

It shows me that He does pay attention to and cares about each one of us. Enough to spend time with us and develop us like a father would to his children, I guess.

That's great that you feel transformation. The world is the untransformed clay, and God's mission is to mold it into Jesus' form. Being transformed is also like Paul saying how we Christians are changed from glory to glory, as Moses' face turned bright after being with God. "As all of us reflect the Lord's glory with faces that are not covered with veils, we are being changed into his image with ever-increasing glory. This comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. (2Cor 3:18)" I have the picture of a man looking into a bright light and he himself turns brighter and brighter until he becomes like the bright light. "the path of righteous people is like the light of dawn that becomes brighter and brighter until it reaches midday. (Prov 4:18)"
