First, God is interested in conforming us to the image of Jesus so we love the way Jesus loves > Romans 8:29, 1 John 4:17.

But, you ask, why does He not do this with every human? Romans 9:21 > our Father has vessels for honor of becoming and loving like Jesus, and dishonor of containing "the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience" (see Ephesians 2:2). There are vessels of the dishonor of keeping Satan's evil filth controlled and organized so it is not all over the place.

Therefore, be a vessel of honor > 2 Timothy 2:20.

As established, in posts #58 & #59, God decides to take away the free will of some, and cause them to be inexorably drawn to Him. If God takes away your free will, it does not matter of your prior status.

We've also established, later on, that God does not require you to first have complete humility or reverence in Him first. A classic example would be Saul of Tarsus.

Further, God can also harden some people's hearts; as expressed when God hardened the pharaoh's heart. Hence, God changes some people's hearts in both directions - (away from and towards Him).

Nothing you have provided above addresses the bottom of the OP :(

I will ask again. Why doesn't God just cause everyone to love Him?
