How low have You been? My agony of heart contemplating that!

How cruel sin is Lord, always twisting our hearts away from loving You, ourself and each other.

Cursed are all those evil doers robbing the light of day away from us!

Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

Praise God that even though I don't feel blessed, I am blessed. Praise God that I have a roof over my head, water, utilities.

Praise God that this negativity of mine won't last.

Praise You, Lord, for your Son, Jesus, who died for me and gives me eternal life.

Praise God for everything, good and bad, that comes across my life, for I enjoy the good and I learn from the bad.

Blessings are how I perceive them. I come back to my favorite, the Beatitudes, and I say, "Yes, I am blessed by God."

Make my feelings not matter. Cause me to know I'm blessed and to act upon it.

You know me, Lord. Touch me, and continue to heal me of depression and anxiety, in Jesus name, amen.
