GNC Vitamins

Does anyone take GNC's multi vitamins? Does it cause any nausea? I think I'm going to try out their Women's formula. I've been taking One A Day Women's but I just can't stand the nausea any more.

I don't think that they have made me have nausa... but I take my vitamins at night when I take my pill so maybe thats why... maybe you could take them at night?

I've never used GNC bu thave heard about people getting nausea form using them.

I guess it depends on person to person and how active you are. I'm looking at the Ultra Mega Golds right now and they have a lot of vitamin A, which is easily toxic in high amounts. Infact I think I just answered some questions of my own just now. Too much iron or zinc might be the culprite as well. I think GNC generally has higher zinc than other brands. Some GNC formulations are free of iron, probably to complement diets already high in that mineral. I know it's easy to overdose on it.

Thanks for all your tips everyone!!! I went ahead and bought the Women's Multi Without Iron and Iodine....and have had no nausea at all. So maybe it was the iron after all. Who know, but I'm glad I found one that works!
