Gmail invitations

For those of you who've been trying to get one, now's a good time to ask people you know for invitations. For those of you with an account, now's a good time to give it to people so people stop spamming people for accounts.

They've been handing them out in batches of 3 recently.

Isnt GMail limited to only 1 Gig of storage

http://www.aventuremail.com/ will give you 2Gig

Yeah, but Adventuremail is slow and gets lots of 404s.

You need to have Google's resources to pull off stuff like this.

Eh...I'm just waiting patiently until it goes public. There's no reason to go hunting for invites (or paying $20-30+ on Ebay for them as some have been doing) unless you are absolutely set on having a particular username that is likely to be taken fast.

When I finish my server & get it running I should have about 50-60 Gig E-Mail storage that I can access from the web
