  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

But what if the guy started the "glancing"?

It's hard to say. Talking to him should give you a better idea. I've found that people who make eye-contact with me are usually open to conversation. Unless they're glaring at you, eye contact is often a sign of friendliness.

I agree with the above. I tend to think that the first glance could mean a million different things, so I usually look for that second glance. The chances of fondness are greater, I think from the second glance.

Most of the time that's correct. Of course, in addition to being a red-blooded American male, I am also an artist. Sometimes I'll see someone who is visually interesting, but ugly as sin. So I'll want to study that face or whatever. I try very hard not to appear like I'm giving off signals, though. So that is the exception to the rule.

I tend to steal glances at girls I like, but it doesn't always mean something. Sometimes I'm trying to look at everyone and sometimes there just happens to be something else there worth looking at. Or maybe I'm trying to figure out if she has a mustache :)

Usually a guy stealing glances (and you can often tell the difference) is a good sign they at least find you interesting.

People have glanced at me either because I am pretty or I am alone. I tend to be glanced when I am all by myself since I do tend to be a loner at times. Not as bad as I used to be. But still...a loner is a loner.
