Giving up on God

Dear all,
I been praying all the time to Him to change me since I'm 14 now I'm 20 ,converted years ago I started to believe He can save.
Seems that he didn't hear my plea, why??
I want to change really, could be He doesn't care.
Now to believe there's only me and people around me that can help.
I'm so angry and frustrated.. I hate the fact he ignores us, here to suffer..
I hate the fact that prayer is just lame, it doesn't work where's the promises.
Is He even real?
Please tell me coz I don't have to conform to the lie that stab me twice, this struggle already hard.

God does hear your plea and He does care for you so much. You are so precious and so loved by Him. He understands your every struggle and is right there with you even when it doesn't feel like it. He will never leave your side. Im so sorry you are feeling angry and frustrated. you are in my prayers (((( hugs ))))

God loves you! Don't listen to the lies of the enemy. I will pray that God delivers you from whatever bondage you are suffering from. He will answer you in His timing. Hang in there.

Stay anchored in prayer and the Word, and be honest with God about your shortcomings. His eyes are "10, 000 brighter than the sun" according to Ecclesiastes , so you can't hide anything from Him anyway. He knows that you want to be and do better, and anyone who thirsts for holiness will be quenched, according to the Beatitudes.

We need to cling on to Christ and His goodness even if the only flimsy bit of grace you 'feel' you have left is hope. Its not a biblical saying but it helps for me 'its always darkest before dawn'.

Listen, we all struggle. I know how it feels to be made for love, and yet have to live with the cruel irony of not being able to love. As Christians, we have to try to do our best. I'm basically being a hypocrite right now 'cause my behaviour of late has been less than satisfactory, but it doesn't take a saint to see that you need to start again with God. He cares, and he hates to see any of us suffer. Our perverted nature did this to us, not him. Whether he'll heal us or not is his decision. But I know you're pain. Don't give up.

Dear Brother and Sister in Christ,

Thank you for your kind replies and prayers.
I could finally understand what God wants with me.

I finally understood,
Christianity isn't just a mere literature or practice.
Jesus isn't a character in a storybook, but He's alive and look after everything!
It's about a relationship, and it takes patience.
So I've realized, it doesn't matter if I have known Christianity for long, as long I didn't have the heart for God, then it's all together is emptiness.

I have never felt so happy in my life before.
several times, God has interfered in my life troubles after I pray, and sure He did response to my plea in an unexpected way.

"The Lord is good, a refuge in times of trouble, He cares for those who trust in Him" Nahum 1:7

Continue to love and grow in Christ, for He only has good things for you

EVERYTIME I pray at night Idk if i'm just talking to the walls of my room or if God actually hears my cry for help. One thing I heard on K-Love Radio one time was "Even if you don't believe, just try it" and see if God doesn't step in when you start doing things for him like going to church, tithing even when you don't have it, and most importantly through praying. I have struggled with sexual sins and i'm still struggling and everytime after I get done i know God saw what I just did and i'm afraid to even pray but I know he loves when I do repeant. I'm in recovery and trying to change!

God does care for us and it hurts him when we do suffer. A lot of times his ways are not our ways and we do not understand the overall picture. I am suffering with something really huge but I do know that God cares and wants to help me through the situation. Think about what Christ had to suffer with when he was on the earth. It was so bad that he sweated blood. Read Isaiah 53 and Romans 8. God bless.

I'll tell you why god is not doing anything, it's because god can't do anything you can't do for yourself first. I hope you understand what this really means.
