I forgot i was a member here in till mother told me about CF that Jo
Im giveing up smokeing on Monday 31st Aug 2009

Support would be great any ideals that would help me i smoke 40 to 60 aday not good hey

Plus my heath not in good order maybe you can bless me and be my dont give up giveing up buddy lol
