CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Tonight I have to clean house a bit. I let it go this weekend, and I want it cleaned before Monday.

Today I have to go and put the meatballs in the slow cooker, I should probably do that really soon though.
then I need to try and get a nap somewhere.
Our 2 year old kept us all awake through the night. Everyone that is except the 6 year old (which is a good thing - he slept right through it)

Washing again... But my washing machine doesn't want to work properly. I really hope that we don't have to buy a new one. They are HEAPS expensive!!!

this has been a challenging week for me.
last friday, Jake caught a stomach bug...Monday it was passed on to me...Wednesday to Stephen.
So far, DH and Nick haven't gotten it yet.
anyway...it's been a week of cleaning and disinfecting, and of course the laundry!
I think dirty laundry multiplies like rabits in heat!! LOL!
My hampers overrunneth!
I'm still catching up on it all!
I did however get a chance to do the spring raking (well most of it) b4 the rain came. some of our flowers are coming up...daffodils and narcissis.
we've had several big pine branches fall this winter.
My DH was supposed to cut them up yesterday so the village could pick them up, but he didn't get to it. surprise surprise.
He did run to the store for me to get diapers and a video camera for the yard.
we will be installing that on DH's next day off. It has a hand-held monitor so I can go pee when the boys are playing outside in the yard.
I still have to hang the curtains and curtain rods I bought last weekend! LOL!
no rest for the insomniac!
