CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

We have a holiday. We started together with HD reading a book "Purpose Driven Life" by Rick Warren. We read and discuss second chapter tonight. We discussed yesterday about longings we have in our hearts about God and what God has put in our hearts about our lives and children, and prayed about it all. So good!

I have that book...I should actually read it! LOL!
yesterday was busy, and I couldn't get online, so i gave up!
today, i vacuumed, folded clothes, did dishes, went grocery shopping, took Stephen to preschool (daddy picked him up!), took the boys to the bookstore, dusted and vacuumed the stairs...that's a chore!
I need a new vacuum...one with a detachment for stairs!

What a cool thread!
Today I have to stick to my ten minute tidy commitment.
Tomorrow I have to take my toddler to Clown Cone for pizza ans "Sluppies" (slushies).
I have to make a delicious dinner for my family. Roast chicken and some sort of rice with some sort of vegetable.

today is preschool for Stephen...so i will be running him back and forth.
pick up the mail
work on that pile of rubbish on the side of the driveway...
...have to wittle it down while the dumpster is here~
laundry...again!
vaccum...again!
at some point, either today or tomorrow, i really need to clean the bathrooms!
also, i want to start our seeds...i think i am getting behind in this area
we may just have to buy veggie plants once we get the garden area tilled

I have to help my daughter with a “state” project. She chose to do it on the state of Kentucky—she has to actually draw the state. How do you draw something like that? The teacher actually stressed that they are not allowed to print out any maps! UGH! Neither me, my son, my daughter nor my hubby can draw free hand. I also have to work with my daughter on her lines for a Girl Scout play, and help make her costume.
I also have about 4 loads of laundry, dinner to make, and brownies. My daughter has been begging to make brownies. Not to mention I have to write a 1 page summary of a journal article, a 2 page summary from a text book chapter on word sorting and how it helps spelling, design a learning game, and get a rough draft of a 30 page AIP ready. And 3 chapter of “Teachers and the Law” to read by next Thursday.
Oh yeah, and vacuum.
But for now I am heading out to the farmer’s market.

I have not been here for some time and what a change!!! My head goes around. I have been buzy with kids because they have been home for some rest. My daughter was singing in a concert yesterday, she had some rehearses before. HD is in businesstrip and today is my first day with a baby alone... what a mess here! I do not know were to start, I have tried to gather my thoughts all this morning (4 hours), I decided to appeal to you... what would I do without you.
Well I will soon back up the baby and go see the springconcert in Rebeka's and Trevor's childrengarden. I rather plan nothing after that, but before I try to take some bath and make myself more beautiful for my kids. I also want to cleane kitchen and put the things away in the rooms. Also to washingmachine... I must give something to do...

lottepotte...hope you get things done!we've been working hard since last thursday.
demolishing the front porch, clearing brush, clearing junk from outside
along the gargae, clearing junk from the basement....etc...
It's been rough!
30-40yrs of rubbish!!! BLECH!!
You wouldn't believe the canning jars in the basement filled with ????
WHO KNOWS!! they are just murky black/gray putrid jars!! It's sickening!
bottles of old homemade wine and bear...that would probably kill you now!
moldy wood and newspapers...old metal whatevers...
you name it, it's there!
we still have about half the basement to go.
And now our house smells musty!!! YUK!
we stirred up all that mold and mildew and now it's in the air!
but i'm glad it's getting done!
also to do in the house....
clean the bathrooms (one down...one to go)
fold laundry that i did 2 days ago
wash more laundry
take Stephen to and from preschool
get Nick a white T-shirt for a project at school
MAKE OUT BILLS!
It just never ends!

The dumpster is full and they hauled it away today!! 
The basement is clear!
The two side yards are on their way...just have brush (leaves and sticks)
left now.

Sleep... I need to sleep... so that I can look after my little one properly!!!
Also... washing and folding and cleaning and shopping (i think this is the second day without milk... I keep forgetting to remind my husband to get some!!!) I so wish I could drive!!! silly c-section!!!

new people!today: laundry...what else? LOL!
make sure my 4 & 5 yr olds get to school.
looks like rain today, so I'm not sure if I will have time to work outside.
I need to clear a spot for our veggie garden.
call the tree service that took down our trees.....they damaged our garage roof and the siding of our house.
My DH is going to attend the variance meeting at the village hall tonight.
hopefully all will go well, and we will be able to start building our front porch!

well hubby is out of town all week so i have more to do like taking out garbage and cleaning kitty litter box, feeding cats and watching the kids 24 hrs a day all week without daddy giving me a break..sigh..lol
