Hey, I'm a girl drummer who is 13. i wanna start a band (all girls) but none of my friends seem interested. What should i do???

Find some new friends...

but seriously, make some new friends. Don't get rid of your current friends, just make some more, who are interested in making a band. Advertise at school that you're wanting to start a band. Btw, girl drummers are very cool, as long as they can play well.

girl drummers do rock, if they're good that is, but hey, don't give up, if you can't find enough girls, I'd say give a guy or two a chance if they wanna start a band, and if you can find other girls that wanna start one, more power to ya, but don't give up, being in a band is the best thing in the world.

I think its so cool to find other girls who play the drums. It seems like around where I live no girl plays the drums. But ya know, girls are rising up! LOL Drummer gurl, how long have you been playing the drums? I've been playing for 13 years if I can figure up right LOL. I'm 17 and I want to make a career with my music. I love to sing (soprano) and play drums, so I thank God everyday for blessing me with both talents. Good luck with the band, that you want to start!

drummers do rock....cept im a guy drummer , but that's not important ....and about not being able to find girl musicians for your band. Just have some guys dress lick girls and play...lol might have a little ethical problem though

Yes... girl drummers rock... But yeah... give the guys a chance!! There are lots of really awesome guys out there. Put an ad on your school bulliten board or something.
