In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

My boyfriend and I frequently send each other little things. But we are 900 miles apart and haven't seen each other for a very long time so these things make it seem like we are closer together rather than as far apart as we really are. But we both HATE Valentine's Day but one of our "together" anniversaries fell on the 14th of February. That was very strange.

What a great topic 
I love giving my partner gifts especially when it is their love language. It touches their heart in a real way and creates a greater way of communication and finding out really what fills them with joy and happiness
My Partner likes really different and unique things- things that stand out like flower cookies or surprise treasure hunts/guessing games with a prize and/or reward
