The "sinner's prayer" really doesn't actually save anyone.
The sacrifice of Christ at Calvary is what saves us. It is sufficient to cover all our sins.
The moment we place our trust in Him and the Holy Spirit changes us within, we are new creatures. Our sin is forgiven. What point is there in going back and trying to remember our individual sins. God doesn't remember them, why should we?
