CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Hello, God bless, Shalome (Peace).
My name is Travis Ward and I'm new to Christian Forums, I'm 27. I've just seperated from the U.S. Air Force Reserves and am currently living in Augusta Ga. I am now attending Georgia Military College with hopes of praising the Lord as a Physical Therapist.
The Lord saved me from death and hell when I was in basic training in 1998 I have been walking with him (stumbling falling and getting of the path along the way) and he has been giving me victory along the way over many strongholds.
I enjoy the fellowship of the saints, witnessing, speaking encouragement and godly wisdom into the lives of troubled and worried souls. I love the Lord and all that He has made, getting into the woods on a hike or the river for a canoe ride is something I love.
I'm usually a book worm though, OH no I have to study now.
