WOLVES IN SHEEP'S CLOTHING

The wolves had terrible plans for Slim. They were frustrated, and hungry and restless. They just got off work and it was friday night. These men were no strangers to crime or sexual perversion. And fortunately for these fends, they get to keep their money in their pockets. Unfortunately for Tonya, she was at the wrong place at the wrong time. They didn't care that she was a child just trying to help mommy. Their hearts were so filled with evil, they could not began to comprehend the actions they were going to embark upon. This would be an all time low for them.

They noticed Tonya slowing down. They were already creeping at a turtle rate being in a car. but Tonya was almost coming to a halt.

"Babygirl, you gettin' tired? You know you can get in with us."

Tonya turned slowly, looking into the eyes of the beast. These vile victimers of youth was pretending to be concerned. Monsters do exsist.

And there it was. The men saw it. Right there in her eyes. The look of utter disgust and fear. Oh how did this compelled them to switch modes in the past. Their element of surprised was deflated by a thirteen year old.
They could have easily snatched her into the vehicle, but they chose to play it cool, for just a little while longer. They, after all, had her cell phone.
"You close to your house yet?"

Tonya could only nod her head. She was so afraid that she could not think straight.

"Uh hun. it's just right around the corner."

Tonya thought of a plan. They didn't know where she lived, so she could try to lose them by faking them out. As soon as she sees another car coming up, she would double back and turn down the neaaarest street and hide in someones back yard. She would do it at the next four way stop sign she gets to. As soon as she saw a truck driving up behind them, she hopped back on her bike, gathered up all her strength and started pumping her legs as hard as she could. And since there was a slight slope on the street, her bike gained the much needed speeded to get her as far away from them as possible.

Tonya turned down Gretchem road and then down another small obscure street. The momentum of her bike drifted her right into an abandoned house and into the back yard. Surely they didn't see her turn down those different side streets. Tonya was finally safe. But she waited twenty minutes just in case.

She was rather proud of herself. She had handle those dirty men like a bag of garbage, and she had taken out the trash. She was getting hungry and decided to head home. They had to be gone by now. She would not mention this to her mother. She would kill her and wouldn't let her out of the house ever again.

Tonya decided to walk her bike home. She was so tired from pedaling that she had no leg strength to make it back up the hill as usual. She was also getting hungry. But she was almost home. Just a few blocks away from her house and her bedroom. She thought about what she was going to make when she got there. What time was it? It had to be late. she reached to check for the time on her phone. Tonya heart sank when she discovered that her phone wasn't in her back pocket.

"Go to this house and stay."

There it was again. a voice that seemed formiliar and yet she could not put a finger on the person. The first house she came to looked abandoned but there was a car out in front. She didn't know why, but she felt compelled to walk her bike up into the front yard. How come she hadn't notice this house before. She had been living on this street in this neighborhood for two years now, but she doesn't remember this house nor this car. But what she did reckonnized was the familiar sound of a bad muffler just like the car with the bad men. Tonya looked over her shoulders, and to her horror, those wicked men had slipped up behind her in their car. why didn't she hear them? If only she had her phone. She would call her mother to tell her that she was needed help.

"Are you looking for this, Miss. Tonya Weiner of Simpson Street?
the wolf was brandishing her tiny little pink cell phone That had most of her personal information on it excluding her house number. She swallowed hard and nodded her head. "You sure is a hard little girl to find."

"May I please have my cell phone back." she begged.

The men parked the Cutless Supreme and all four of them climbed out of the car and headed towards Tonya's direction.

"Ofcourse you can. But first, can we come inside and get some water, and maybe something to eat. We're awfully hungry and since you been leading us on a wild goose chase, we're real tired too."

"NO YOU MAY NOT!"

That voice seemed familiar but this time it was full of amunition and authority. And it was comin from the abandoned house.

"WHO ARE YOU, AND WHAT DO YOU WANT WITH MY DAUGHTER!"

Tonya turned to see who this man was speaking on her behalf. She didn't know her father he died when she was only two. So this man could not have been him.

He was her complexion, tall and lanky just like her and even the same eyes as hers. HE came to the front door with a pajamas and a robe on. And it appeared that he had a cast on his foot. Could this be her father? She didn't care at the moment who he was, she only cared that he was.

SLIM! WHO IN THE HE#* ARE THESE GROWN MEN STANDING HERE TALKING ABOUT COMING INTO MY HOUSE!?

The men were obviously shakened to find a father living at the girls house. For some reason, they thought that it was only the child and her mother. That would explain why they needed money for rent, the father was hurt and could not work. But why hadn't she mention her father? This was definitely a huge surprise for them. It was also a surprise for Tonya, too. But it didn't matter to her. she only wanted to get away from those men.

"But I...." started Tonya.

"NO BUTS. JUST GET INTO THIS HOUSE BEFORE I LAY INTO YOUR BUTT! AND YOUR MAMA IS GOING TO BE HOME SOON BUT I BET YOU HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED ON YOUR HOMEWORK. AND IS THAT MY CHILD'S CELL PHONE?"

The men were so choked up from shock that they could not speak. They only nodded. The driver went to the parked car and layed the cell phone on the back of the trunk.

"Sorry about the trouble sir. We were just interested in your car. It's for sell aint it?"

"NOT TO YOU! NOW GET FROM HERE! AND DON'T YOU EVER COME BACK, OR YOU'LL HAVE HELL TO PAY!"

"Again, sorry for the trouble ,sir. We won't be bothering you no more."

The men got back into their car and SPED away. never to return again. it made them think twice about hurting the meek. After the men had left, the stranger came back into the house. There was no furniture no lights, nothing. but Tonya felt safe in this mans presence.

"you're safe now."

tonya ran up and gave the stranger a huge embrace. never have she elt so much love in her entire life she never wanted to let go of him. He saved her life.

"Who are you?" Tonya asked.

"I AM A MESSAGER FROM GOD, BUT TO YOU, I'M YOUR GUARDIAN ANGEL."

SHE COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS MAN. THIS WAS NOT POSSIBLE. TONYA let go of the man's embrace to look up at him... but he was gone. Just like that, the stranger was gone. He had dissapeared into thin air. And her cell phone was back in her bask pocket. She looked around just to see if she was nto going crazy. but there was no sign of any one. And the car out front was now gone. Only her bike remained. It had occured to Tonya that the voice she was hearing before was the same voice of the man whon cam to her rescue. He told her to remain at the store, he told her to look behind her, he had told her to stay at the abandoned house, he knew everything about from her name to her homework habits. Who else could have known all these things.
Tonya fell to her knees and started crying.

"Thank You God." she whispered. Then, her phone rang. It was her mother looking for her.

"Slim, where are you! Are you okay?"

"Yes mama I'm jsut fine. I'm coming home right now."

"You can't jsut go out and not tell me where you'r going to be. Someone could hurt you or kidnap you!"

"Don't worry mama, I got a Angel watching over me."

Tonya looked up into the sky and smiled.
