CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

saved...im glad you got to enjoy the usually boring golden isles....its fun if you vacation here...but not really TOO much to do around here....its beautiful though...im dreading when im gunna leave for college....:S......

Any of you live in the mountains of Georgia like near Brasstown Bald? I've been there before, it is the highest mountain in Georgia, around 5000 ft. actually, been through there more times but we came through Tenn. but my husband didn't want to go on to North Carolina, so we went through north Georgia, through the mountains. Ithought of visiting Stone Mountain, isn't near Atlanta? ride an arial tram or something? I've also been to Savannah, Georgia and Lookout Mountain in Georgia (Rock City) several times. I live in Alabama though.
