Civil war is coming to USA very soon and country will be cut in half like in painting which will cause born of "New Man" or Antichrist call it however you wish, as he will bring peace and come as messiah in world because destruction of USA will be followed by many wars and disasters worldwide and "New Man" will be messiah to people in chaos who will give them back peace and fake love. Last most important and confusing fact about painting is that old lady with child pointing on Caucasus (Georgia) which can mean many things but most likely showing the place of "Second Coming" or place where true messiah will come to/from as he will be god of people who will be very poor, abandoned and baptised as crazy people at that time.
