7th grade biology lesson on X & Y chromosomes:

The sex chromosome pair is composed of a combination of X and Y chromosomes. The main difference between X and Y chromosome is that X chromosome is the female sex determining chromosome whereas the Y chromosome is the male sex determining chromosome.

Simple a woman/female has two x chromosomes while a man/male has one x & one y chromosome. This can easily be determined by a blood test.

BTW scripture confirms (Gen 5:2) there are only TWO genders.

How can any Judge male or female, honestly rule on cases that effect either gender.

The new lifetime appointed Supreme court justice, not only played politics at the confirmation. Judge Jackson was also called out for creating her own sentencing guidelines when deciding court cases. Congress sets the guide lines & the courts rule on the law. If any judge disagrees with the law. They should run for congress & help change the law.

So, now we have a lifetime appointed Supreme court justice: 1) Chosen on their race, (2) Can't identify what a woman is, (3) Doesn't believe in the rule of law, (4) Plays politics during a confirmation.

What sentencing guidelines did she create?

A drastic downward departure in a child pornography case. The sentencing guidelines called for a sentence of around ten years. The prosecutor recommended a sentence of 24 months, which was in itself a downward departure. She handed down a sentence of roughly 90 days. I listened to her reasoning for the sentence and agree with the reasoning itself but the sentence was ridiculously low.

Now what do we say to the parents of those children who were victimized? Circulating all around the darkest corners of the internet are nude pictures of their minor sons and daughters and that defendant is responsible for it.

It would seem that the one playing politics Jackson's confirmation hearing was Sen Blackburn. The question had nothing to do with Jackson'qualifications but everything to do with appealing to an anti-minority voting block. A sad day for justice indeed.

What doesn't seem to be come up in the attacks on Judge Jackson is the rest of her answer to the inane question. " as a judge, what I do is I address disputes. If there's a dispute about a definition, people make arguments, and I look at the law, and I decide."

President Trump later made a similar promise to appoint a woman to the Court, a promise he fulfilled. How is President Biden’s promise to appoint a black woman to the Court any different?

Other times judges with use definitions from earlier cases. Definitions may also come from dictionaries. To ask a candidate to define a word was a waste of everyone’s time.

Then why were Her decisions upheld 82% of the time, with the majority of her decisions that were overturned being overruled on technical grounds?

The candidate was not the one playing politics during the confirmation hearings.
