WWTLT you made a life change?

The last time I made a life change was a few weeks ago when I landed in the hospital. I had managed to go 48 years without ever doing that, but I had a gallbladder attack and we thought it was the heart so I was stuck there for 3 nights. However, I laid there realizing that I have high bloodpressure, high cholesterol, I am diabetic and overweight. All of these risk factors made my hospital stay longer. So I promised myself with the Lords help that I would change. I spoke with my doctor and she suggested the South Beach Diet. I tried it for the past 3 weeks and have lost 14 pounds!!!!
