I can't answer true or false. As, Ironically, the person who has the most experience is female. And gender, although people might not want to admit it, (nobody ever wants to admit that gender bias or that any other prejudicial mindset could be a factor, regardless of factual evidence to the contrary) will very much be a determining factor in the outcome.
