Haggis Ingredients

Stomach bag of sheep, Sheep's liver, Sheep's heart, Onions , Beef suet , Salt and black pepper, Toasted oatmeal , Gravy from liver

It is cooked in the stomach bag of sheep. The Scottish serve it fried in slices , often served with eggs and sausage at breakfast. I sampled haggis in Edinburgh, Scotland last Fall, and a small piece went down, but that was it, lol.
