So often, we forget to look at the blessings in our lives because we are so distracted by the negative things around us. We let hard times, pains, struggles, losses, and so many other things get the best of us. Instead, let's focus on some of the blessings we've received.

For instance: I am blessed because I have a wonderful and loving family.

I am blessed because God has given me three beautiful, loyal, and compassionate women as best friends (one since kindergarten) and the bond between us four is crazy strong

I am blessed too have experienced suffering in my life because it has brought me closer to God.

I am blessed because my mother taught me the joys of reading when I was a child. I am able to escape- time travel, space travel, and explore places I would not otherwise be able to do if I did not read.
