In Sonic Heroes they make grunts into words and subtitle it like "Shaaa"which Knuckles says and Vector says"dashaa" =)

The grunts in Halo provide me with pleasure.

In fear, they say " It's him! He's coming!"
Or, "there's a million of them!!"

And, my favorite, after sticking a plasma grenade on them, "AAH!! Get it off me!"

Tails"aaaahhhh I'm falling!" whenever your supposed to jump down a hole.

Here are a few quotes that I especially like. I may not get the word for word, but they're very close to this.

"Is a lucky rabbit's foot so lucky to the rabbit who lost it?" --Chris Lightfellow, in Suikoden III

The two games whose dialogue I like most are The Longest Journey and Final Fantasy 6, but a single quote really can't describe it. I'd have to post an entire conversation from one of those games, and I don't think I can remember them well enough to do a good job.
