Improper rest - Isn't that when you seriously forgot to stay in bed long enough to keep your eyes closed so you look like you're winking at everyone for hours until the eyelids finally shut when you least expect them to?

Oh yeah and isn't that when you hear people all around you talking and you don't say a word for fear they will hear you mumbling because the words just won't come out plainly anymore?
