What do you believe that the Lord means when He says "Without a Vision, the people perish"? I beleive it means without Gods purpose in our lives without HIM in our lives we have no meaning or direction this is the soul purpose of why we were created...FOR HIS PLEASURE AND PURPOSE and without the understanding and obedience to this we will die, perish, lose our chance at Eternity ..Heaven with our Heavenly Father.

What do you eat for breakfast? Nothing just coffee and I go...I eat lunch if I eat at all a bowl of cereal sometimes.

Do you wake up crabby or happy in the morning?

I used to wake up in despair now I feel blessed and loved and hopeful what a blessing!

What do you mean by "good" qualities something in myself I like or something I look like....ok good quality only good quality.
I love God with all my heart and all my soul and all my might....and that is all I can attest to HONESTLY.
Outside of Jesus who works in me and the Holy Spirit that works thru me there is nothing good about me. And that is my final answer.

Now darlin what are you scared of...Gabs offers her sister a seat...this ask all tell all area or my thread....Gabs looks around hmmm yeah I guess it is scarey...but to quote my Heavenly Father who gave me this verse over and over last night while making a BIG decision..."Perfect Love Cast OUT all Fear!" ANd a great AMEN to that!

Favorite singer well I will tell you my influences keep in my mind it is the voices I think are amazing not their politics.
I was reared on Judy Garland and Streisand...I still love their voices and think Babs is one of the greatest voices of this century if not the greatest.
Can't help it.
I love Linda Eder, Ella Fitgerald...Bette Midler...Melissa Manchester..yes I am old new singers...hmmm can't say that I have a favorite now.
I modeled my style of singing after those I named....I also have loved to listen to Aretha and Patti Labelle.
I love the American Idol Fantasia Barino Gospel speaks to my soul...so there you have it.

My mom made sure we listened to the standards too. I love Judy Garland!!! Also Billy Holiday & Ella Fitzgerald. I'll toss in a couple of male voices also - Tony Bennett, Bing Crosby were two that my mom made sure we knew.

We were much more inclined to watch a musical than anything else - West Side Story, Brigadoon, anything and everything Rogers & Hammerstein, Lerner & Lowe.

I grew up singing along to My Fair Lady, Funny Girl, Hello Dolly as opposed to the Rolling Stones, the Beatles, the Doors (I'm not saying I didn't know rock and roll but it was a distant second to the other).

I totally understand I listened to Billy Holliday too it was part of my vocal training.I listened mostly to female artists as I am a singer and listened for stuff I could sing.I did when I was younger like the beatles and Gary Pucket and the Union Gap, Elvis. But my influences were also musicals...that's what I do.

Yes I love to collect Tinkerbell items pictures figurines and I also have Tweety Bird things and some Pebbles from the Flinstones I feel if I was a cartoon character I would be a combination of all three...LOL

What comment or conversation has had a great impact on you?

I am not sure what you mean by this but a comment that affected my life when I was very young ....and this was painful...I was 10 years old and had come back from California really fat. I was out with my folks and had my hair in rollers and in a store it was the summer and I heard a woman say what a truckhorse. And I went on a diet that day I had been 120 lbs and was 99 by I think March for my cousins wedding.
Funny what we remember but this entered my mind...conversation I think when I recently got in touch with friends I had not spoken to in 12+ years and I found out that there were people that I made a difference in their lives and that I was missed when I had not been in touch. It made me view my life differently and who I was...and maybe made me understand what God would use me for.
