Future Possibilities for CFPRs

Here in this thread we can talk about some possible members as CF Pet Rescuers...

I am pretty sure that we have some vacant spots.

One member, Dena200, showed interest in becoming a CFPR. She pmed me asking what she can do to become one.

Has anyone else heard from some interested members?

What spots are vacant at this time?

or the team leaders who have vacancies....that's what I would do if someone contacted me

guess the best thing is to secretly watch that person for a week to see if they are online often enough to be a petRESCUER and then give them a position if we have any vacancies....

I don't think everyone has signed up yet...only the petRESCUERS who replied to DR.Cf's pm have access to this forum - so there aren't that many who can sign up....

but you're right - there are still a few rescuers and fosterangels missing

The more I understand the new plans the better I like them. I hope we can get orgnized and start enjoying our new roles. I have been here since Oct. 18, I think and you #22 are the only one I have had any contact with as to how to do anything. I think the graphics will really be neat. I hope we can get that started.

I hope we get this started soon as well...have been looking forward to the thread telling us about the teams all week

I've been here since end of June I think and didn't have a lot of contact with the other Resucers as well...just now and then when someone needed help hope this is going to change with the new teams....

I love the nursery being started. I think it would be good to start new people out there and let them work up. I feel like that is where I need to be. But if new people started there and we each could mentor them and then as they progressed they could move on up the latter as the positions come open. Do you have an opinion on that?

I think we'll need more people to join...if we really want to have around 5 people per team we'll need more people...kind of TRAINEEpetRESCUERS

as far as I got that that will be what the team leaders are supposed to take care of - that the new Rescuers have someone who answers their questions and helps them to get started.....

once they have the knowledge and we saw they really want to do this and invest their time into this they can become full PetRescuers....

There is no doubt we will need more than we have now. We are sorta in a pickle now with such a few to help.

It is my understanding that when all the ones that have signed up for the different jobs and then Dr. will post the positions available in the public forum. I think that is what I read.

I think we can start recruiting new helpers once we've got the teams set up with leaders and so on...then we know where we need more people and how many...and then we can start a recruiting thread in the main forum....

you pronounce it with the stress on hi it's Elvish so I don't think anyone would care if you did it wrong
