European Internet researchers are looking into an alternative way of delivering online content which may make the future internet faster and possibly more secure. PURSUIT, basically speaking appears to make everyone's computer a node in some sort of super TOR/P2P network.
I'm guessing this technology will rely heavily on IPv6 and particularly on very good broadband speeds, both of which are getting closer every day.
More info can be found on the PURSUIT site.
