Is it Naked Gun 2½ where the final showdown is at the oscars ceremony or something like that? The sequence were Frank Drebin has to pretend to be one of the dancers on stage is one of the best bits of slapstick I've ever seen.

I always get them confused. My favorite, however, was when Frank was the umpire at the World Series game. Hilarious!
