If you are sickened, because you think the bishops are approving...the teach that Mary is divinely omnipotent, then you are mistaken....he is saying the opposite!

Nowhere, in the official doctrines and dogmas, of the Church...does it teach that Mary is equal to God. That is merely, your preception.

The quote you keep referring too, in St. Alphonsus book...is where he is quoting an obscure Saint, using obscure language. St. Alphonsus makes an attempt to clarify, that quote!!

When we read all of St. Alphonsus writings, it is clear that he believed that the Trinity, is divine...and that Mary (although, most blessed)...is just a creature.

If that link works, you can listen to a clip of his hymn...it might ring a bell...I sang it often, in church while I was protestant.

He writes, "Thou art blest, Three in One"....not four in one...which he would have wrote, if he thought Mary was equal to God.

Last time I looked in the mirror, my neck is below my head, not equal to it....all the blood, that my brain (in which my decisions are made)....needs inorder to thrive, flows thru my neck, from my heart.

That is nice, now what does it have to do with the belief that Mary is the holder and decision maker of all grace?

I think it should be noted as you glance at this debate between Dave and Len, just HOW much juggling and twisting of information it takes for Dave to explain himself, in comparison to the rather straightforward here are your churches words being presented by Len...

Truly, I think if everyone of the Catholics that reads this can honestly say they feel no uneasiness then they are lying to themselves... I agree with Len. The hand of satan is prevelant in this.

"is a" to join the subjects or "like" or "as". Maybe you'd highlight them for me, to show how they are metaphorical.

She can do whatever she wants, because she has united her will with the will of God (like all those in heaven) and wants nothing more or less then what God wants.

Isn't it yours as well? Don't you try, to do God's will? When someone does God's will, they are uniting their own will to God. Another way to put it, would be to surrender their self will...and follow God's will.

No, I believe that Bishop has passed away. And if it sickens you so much, maybe you should pray about that, because possibly you are being led astray by something other than God...I will keep you in my prayers.

But this statement I made:
