I live in the PNW in the great state of
Oregon
We are surrounded by
Forrest fires
right now and the
Smoke, ash, Ozone & smoke particles can spread out all over the area from as far away as Canada and can seem like an onslaught of an enemy;
especially if you are; young, old or have respiratory problems.
I have been experiencing this for the last two weeks and there doesn't seem like any relief in sight--what we need is a change in the weather.

as I struggled to get some much needed sleep.
