Hmm...as a preschool teacher, the only fringe benefit that comes to mind is an expensive lunch for our staff Christmas party. However, I tend to think of two week paid Christmas vacation and three month summer paid vacation as huge fringe benefits. I dont' know if they really count or not for the purposes of this thread, though.
When I worked at FAO Schwarz (an awesome toy store), I got 30% off and that was fun.

My company allows employees to "sell" unused benefit time back to the company at our regular hourly rate. So, for example, if I have 80 hours of unused vacation time and I'd rather have the money, I can just sell it back to the company and get an extra paycheck!

Unfortunately, I've only been there for a few weeks and so I won't start accruing benefit time for a couple months yet.
