My friend's mom has scleroderma, and it recently spread to her organs, causing her to be unable to breathe, and causing kidney failure. Eventually the doctors kind of forced a stalemate with the disease, as for several days no progress was made, although she was getting no worse.
Well, I talked to my friend yesterday who told me that she was now breathing on her own, talking, and eating jello. All is not clear however, as apparently she still has a staph infection and I think she said her kidneys are still in trouble, but still, its great news.
My friend woke me up at around 330 in the morning a few days ago to first tell me that her mom was sick. I read somewhere in the bible that when you call upon the name of the lord, whatever you ask for will be given to you, and I did just that when I heard the news. Every time I've done that, things work out. Its interesting.
In any case, thank you God so much.
