I am well. i'm at work...you know I volunteer at the sober social club, right? well, it's after the rush. just a couple guys shooting pool. we'll be able to leave in an hour or so.

Volunteer work is very good. I should do some.

I had a horrible life too and God was able to heal a lot of the hurt and the damage. I take an antidepressant and I have to be careful, but I'm okay. I'll pray for him with the faith that God will bless him as He did me.
