CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Well at my house -- it is usually by getting the house cleaned for visitors and cooking the Sabbath meal...
thought sometimes it also includes preparing a sermon, or Sabbath School class, or spcl music...etc

Our Friday is pretty concentrated on prep
I did finish a project in the morning, but prepared my mind with hymns on the shop stereo
Can't go too wrong with Wintley Phipps playing while butchering wood.
Oh, and the live edge bookcase turned out
Not unhappy with it
I'm gonna ask the church if they'd like it in the lobby
If it's not in their taste I'll sell it, give an offering
Live edge gets tricky on the corners

Yeah, I've sold quite a few
Mostly the high end junk shops
This one would go for a couple hundred dollars
If the elders pass on it, it'll become a nice offering
