IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS OF THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT INCLUDING THE PRIVACY POLICY, REWARDSTER WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO BECOME A MEMBER. YOU SHOULD LEAVE THE SITE.
Participants on this network must be at least 18 years of age. All terms of this agreement are subject to change at any time without prior notification or approval of the members. Unless otherwise provided below, the revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your continued use of the service will signify your acceptance to the modified terms. Members agree to comply with all local, state, province, country or regional legal restrictions that may be applicable to your membership in REWARDSTER. Any member found to be attempting to defraud REWARDSTER or its advertisers will immediately have their membership status terminated, their account forfeited and will be criminally prosecuted to the fullest extent allowable by law REWARDSTER reserves the right and privilege, for any or no reason, at any time, to revoke any individuals membership without prior verbal or written notification. To the full extent allowed by applicable law, at its sole discretion and for any or no reason, REWARDSTER may refuse to accept applications for membership.
REWARDSTER reserves the right to terminate duplicate accounts at any time without consent, potentially resulting in the loss of credits. You are responsible for the privacy of your username and password, you may not allow anyone else to use your user name or password. You may not use anyone elses password, username or account. REWARDSTER is not liable for any loss or damages caused by the disclosure of your password or username. Members can cancel membership at any time and for any reason. Voluntary participation is a mandatory condition of your membership to REWARDSTER. If you are not satisfied with your membership you may cancel it at anytime. Members that cancel their accounts may lose any pending transaction. You may only sign up once and maintain one Membership in the REWARDSTER service.
Participation in sponsored offers and eligibility to receive free gift selections requires the completion of your selected offers presented by Rewardster and submission of your redemption certificates at the given stages for gift redemption. Gift redemption requirement includes participation in two offers for eligibility, participation in two offers at stage 2 and, participation in two offers at stage 3, for a total of 6 offer points. All stages will contain similar and comparable sponsored offers. Post office box addresses are not acceptable for delivery. Upon completion, we will contact you to verify your current delivery information.
REWARDSTER reserves the right to request verification of any of the information provided by member for enrollment with and continued use of the services provided by REWARDSTER. You may not impersonate or misrepresent your identity. REWARDSTER reserves the right to terminate any account, and associated membership, containing untruthful information. REWARDSTER is not responsible for lost payments or communications due to your failure to provide REWARDSTER with valid contact information. As a Member of REWARDSTER, you are opting-in to receive REWARDSTER newsletters and other special offer emails. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may opt-out at any time. Upon signing up for the REWARDSTER service, you may choose to sign up for other offers by checking off boxes at the bottom of the REWARDSTER profile page. By hitting submit you agree to allow us to contact ONLY those advertisers whose offers you have selected. REWARDSTER strictly prohibits its members and advertisers from sending unsolicited e-mails (or SPAM) at any time. The use of SPAM to promote REWARDSTER has strict negative consequences. You may also be subject to state and federal penalties or other legal consequences. Your relationship with merchants or advertisers whom REWARDSTER delivers offers for on REWARDSTER.com and it's related websites, including payment for and delivery of related goods or services, entry into and operation of promotions, discounts or contests, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between You and such merchant or advertiser. You agree not to hold REWARDSTER liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the content provided by such merchants or advertisers through the Service. Member gifts are sent monthly once a members account balance has reached completion status. Unavailable items will be replaced by check payment according to gift value. There is no shipping charge or processing fee associated to the shipment of gifts.
MEMBERS EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE USE OF THE REWARDSTER WEBSITE ('THE SERVICE') IS AT THEIR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'WHEN AVAILABLE' BASIS. REWARDSTER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL CONDITIONS AND WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF ADVERTISER ABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. REWARDSTER MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, REWARDSTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE REWARDSTER SERVICE OR PROMOTIONS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN REWARDSTER.

Here's How Rewardster Gives Free Gifts:
Step 1: Once you are selected as a free gift recepient, register for a free gift by entering your email address and delivery information.
Step 2: Participate in our Sponsored Offers. Our sponsors cover the entire cost of your gifts and even take care of the shipping & handling costs. Simply follow the instructions that accompany each sponsored offer. When completing credit card offers, you must be approved for and activate your new credit card to become eligible.* Remember: It takes a little while to confirm your completion of each offer, generally 2-4 weeks.
Step 3: When your 2 additional offer invitations and gift(s) are ready for delivery, we will send you a verification email, simply asking you to confirm that we are sending you the gift you chose. By clicking the confirmation link, an automatic certificate will be generated. For security purposes, simply print the certificate and mail it our Redemption Center. You can always log in to your account to check your gift status. Rewardster is solely responsible for all gift fulfillment. Please do not contact any sponsors regarding your gift status as they will be unable to assist you.
I clicked on a sponsor offer but nothing happened
In the past, when users have experienced the same issue, it is usually because their computer has a pop-up blocker.
In order to complete your offer and obtain your free gift card please temporarily disable your pop-up blocker and complete your offer.
To disable your pop-up blocker:
Launch Internet Explorer, click on Tools at the very top of the browser >> if available, click Pop-Up Blocker and select Turn-Off Pop-Up Blocker. If this option is not available, do not be alarmed, some versions do not have this option.
Then, still under Tools, click Internet Options >> then select the Security tab >> select Internet and click the Custom Level Button. Scroll down to near the bottom of the page and locate the headline Scripting, then click Enable for all categories, including Java Applets under the Scripting header. Click okay to close all windows, and close all your Internet Explorer browsers. Launch a new Internet Explorer browser. Go to
www.rewardster.com and click the Sign up for a new account link. Select your favorite gift and proceed.
I reside outside the United States is this offer available to me?

I have not received my Redemption Certificate
Please log into your account 2-4 weeks after completing your sponsored offer(s) and click the "Invitation Request" link. This link will only be available once the completion of your offer has been verified and your account status has reached "Approved."
Invitations will automatically be sent to your email address. Please use the offer Invitations to continue with your free gift redemption process. Once you have completed all the requirements, your account page will provide you with a Request Certificate link.
Please click this link and your Redemption Certificate will automatically be sent to your email address.
I have printed out my redemption certificate now what?
