I had no doubt they claimed such things, I just know that it is highly unlikely that a proper agreement exists currently, that an actual trade agreement would require Congressional approval, and that these promised "details" are likely to be forgotten as Trump retreats from his failed trade war.

It is, foreign industries are moving and hiring people. It's a good deal for the working class--at least we will get jobs out of it.
